The CEECMS project (Energetic Certification of Buildings for Setúbal Town Hall) consisted of performing the energetic certification and QAI of 4 new elementary and pre-schools: Vendas de Azeitão, Bairro Afonso Costa, Gâmbia and Centro de Promoção Turística da Casa da Baía, according to the National Energy Certification and Interior Air Quality (SCE) for the buildings, covered by the Building Thermal Behavior Characteristics Regulation (RCCTE) and the Climatization Energy Systems Regulation (RSECE). These services were contracted by Setúbal’s Town Hall (Department of Municipal Construction (DOM) – Project division, Civil Service Examinations and Contracts) after a civil service examination which ATTCEI succeeded at, and was executed by members of this Association specializing in Energy Certification and Interior Air Quality in buildings ad experts on RCCTE and RSECE.
